All information sent via Secure Messaging Center (SMC) is fully encrypted and secured to and from the U. S. Census Bureau. The confidentiality of all messages IS guaranteed with the SMC. To exchange messages and data files with the U.S. Census Bureau regarding your survey, you must use the username and password provided in documentation mailed to you or in the label of your survey form. Please ensure that your contact name, telephone number, and email address are accurate.
