Annual Capital Expenditures Survey (ACES)

Welcome to Centurion, an online survey for the Annual Capital Expenditures Survey (ACES) and the Information & Communication Technology Survey (ICTS).

To use this system, you will need a user name and password, which are located in the middle section below the heading "Electronic Reporting" on the first page of your paper form, which we mailed to you recently.

If you received the ACE-1 and ICT-1 paper forms, this system allows you to complete both surveys with one user name and password. If you received only the ACE-2 paper form, you are required to respond only to the ACE-2 survey.

The form number is located on the top left corner of your paper form. If you received an ACE-1 form, please note that the additional type of structure and type of equipment detail are now being collected for years ending in "2" and "7", to align with the Economic Census.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the U.S. Census Bureau at 1-800-528-3049. If you encounter any problems while completing the surveys, or have any suggestions on how to make the survey(s) more user-friendly, please email us. Once you have responded to the online survey(s), you may print a PDF copy of your responses for your records; However, you do not need to mail or fax it to the Census Bureau.

If you receive a report form in the mail after you submit your data online, please disregard. It is possible the forms may have crossed in the mail. You can verify your company's status by signing in Centurion and going to the Main Menu.
