Yes, there are several ways to report.

Perhaps the easiest method is to report over the internet. For this method you will need your User ID and Password, which is located below the address label on your report form.
You can also call 1-800-772-7851 to get this information.

A second option is to fax your form to 1-800-447-4613.

Finally, you can also call your data in directly to a U.S. Census Bureau analyst. To get the name and phone number of an analyst, please call 1-800-772-7851.
