About PDF's

20.  What do I do with the label in my mailing package?

The label will be used when you mail the downloadable sections back to the Census Bureau. The label has all the necessary information for the Census Bureau to check your form into our systems. This will facilitate the Census Bureau and eliminate the need for follow-up. Affix the label in the white box on the cover sheet of your printed form.

21.  What do I do if I cannot download the printable forms?

First check that your system has Adobe Acrobat Reader. If not, download the software to your computer. Census Taker does not require any downloads for reporting. This may be a good time to use Census Taker instead of printing out the sections and manually mailing them back to the Census Bureau. If you are still having problems, contact - Electronic Reporting and Technical Questions Branch at 1-800-838-2640.
