BRDIS Online Services

Secure Login:

 Sample Label
  • Have your user name (uid) and password (pw) ready.
    These can be found in the mailing label of your BRDIS form.
  • Please note that the password is case sensitive

    •   Go to our secure BRDIS Login Page To Update Contact Information


  You can do the following online:

  • Update Contact Information
    Update Company Contact Information.

  • Check Filing Status
    Check if we have received your BRDIS form either by mail or by using electronic reporting.
    NOTE: Filing status should be available 48 hours after you electronically submit your data.
  • Request Time Extension
    Ask for additional time to complete your BRDIS form.

  • Request Another Form
    Order a replacement for your lost or misplaced BRDIS form.

  • Correct the mailing address
    Provide a change of address for the BRDIS form.
