You may call the Electronic Reporting Branch (1-800-838-2640) to request your company's data on CD-ROM. The mailing package should be delivered in about 10 business days. You should also be given a time extension.

47. Why do I get an error message when attempting to download the 2006 survey data, even though I was able to download the software?
Your company's firewall may not permit you to download survey data, even if you use the correct userid (UID) and password (PW). Many firewalls allow users to download from public sites (where the software is retrieved), while not permitting users to download from private sites (where the forms for the surveys are located). We recommend you contact your network personnel.
Please remember that your browser must have at least 128-bit encryption. Additionally, protocol dictates the opening of port 443 to receive transmission of the forms from the Census Bureau.
